Shipping and return policies for creating.paradise (c.p)

SHIPPING INFO
All orders inside Germany are shipped via Deutsche Post (German ex-federal postal service), which is free to relay with other mailing services outside of Germany.

Shipping costs are calculated for a max. total weight of 500 grams (including packaging) covering roughly 1-2 items per order. If this weight is slightly exceeded, creating.paradise will pay the gap for up to 5 CDs in total. Exceeding this limit will result in additional postage costs to be paid by the buyer.

Shipping costs are based on the rates of Deutsche Post without additional options.

creating.paradise will ship your product asap within 3 days plus shipping and handling times which can take up to 2-3 weeks under bad circumstances and/or in far destinations.

RETURNS POLICY

You can’t return items purchased at creatingparadise.bandcamp.com, except because of a manufacturing fault or because creating.paradise has sent an item in error. If so, just contact creating.paradise and things are straightened out right away.

There are following exceptions to our returns policy on clothing: We do not accept returned items that have clearly been used, worn and washed or are soiled or dirty. We can't accept items back that have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear. All returned clothing items must be in un-worn condition.

You can return CDs/CD-Rs because of a manufacturing fault but not bevcause you simply didn’t like them. You are able to listen to the music before you place an order and very well know what you can expect. Also, creating.paradise will not accept any CDs/CD-Rs returns that are visibly damaged. Please note that minor dings, scratches or breakage of jewel cases (CD cases) may occur during shipping. Although we package your ordered items properly, such minor flaws are beyond our control. Jewel cases (CD cases) are part of the packaging and we therefore do not accept minor packaging flaws as a valid reason for return or reimbursement.

To return an item please get in touch with creating.paradise via e-mail and include your name, address, e-mail and the order number.


PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We only collect information about you to process your order at creatingparadise.bandcamp.com. The information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone and email address. For the purposes of order tracking we might also store details of customer's previous orders with creating.paradise.

We will never share your e-mail-address or e-mail you in the future unless in relation to your order and will not process or store your data beyond your order.
